1. Agreement to These Terms
By registering for a Glassline account, accepting an invitation to join an organization on Glassline, or otherwise using the Glassline platform ("Service"), you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using Glassline on behalf of an organization ("Organization"), you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and "you" refers to both you individually and the organization.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
Glassline is a decision-intelligence platform that enables organizations to create structured, scored, and immutable decision records. The Service allows teams to define decision questions with options and evaluation criteria, assign contributors to score options privately, aggregate scores and surface agreement signals, lock decisions into permanent organizational memory records ("Snapshots"), and share decision records internally and externally via controlled access.
3. Accounts and Registration
3.1 Account creation
To use the Service, you must register with a valid email address and create a password, or accept an invitation from an organization already using Glassline. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
3.2 Account security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, please notify us immediately via our contact form (select Support as the reason).
3.3 One account per person
You may not create multiple accounts or share account credentials with another person.
4. Subscriptions and Payment
4.1 Plans
Glassline offers subscription plans (Free, Team, Enterprise) with different feature and quota limits. Plan limits are enforced at application level.
4.5 Data after cancellation
Following subscription cancellation, your organizational data is retained for 90 days. During this period you may export your data. After 90 days, all organizational data is permanently deleted from Glassline's systems.
5. Acceptable Use
You may use Glassline solely for lawful organizational decision-making purposes. You may not attempt unauthorized access to other organizations' data, reverse-engineer the Service, upload malicious content, or use the Service for unlawful data processing.
6. Immutable Decision Records
6.1 What a Snapshot is
When an organization locks a decision in Glassline, the Service generates an immutable Snapshot: a permanent record of the complete decision including all participant contributions, scores, and results at the moment of locking.
6.2 Immutability is intentional
Snapshots cannot be modified, overwritten, or deleted after creation. This is a core and deliberate feature, not a limitation. If a user exercises their right to erasure under GDPR, Glassline will anonymize their personal identity across all Snapshots, replacing their display name with "[Deleted User]". The structural content is retained anonymously.
7. Data Ownership and Intellectual Property
All decision content, OKRs, attachments, and other organizational data you create in Glassline ("Customer Data") is owned by you or your organization. Glassline claims no intellectual property rights over Customer Data. You grant Glassline a limited license to store and process Customer Data solely to provide the Service.
8. Data Processing
When you use Glassline within an organizational context, you act as a data controller and Glassline acts as a data processor. Processing is carried out in accordance with Glassline's Privacy Policy and any executed Data Processing Agreement (DPA). To request a DPA, use our contact form and select Privacy as the reason.
11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." GLASSLINE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GLASSLINE'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR EUR 100.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece and the European Union. The courts of Athens, Greece shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms.
